At Webster's High School we believe that being a School Captain, Prefect or a House Captain is a position of responsbility and trust.  It gives pupils the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and learn about managing teams of people and what is involved in organising events.  

Prefects / Captains are expected to always be in school uniform as they are a role model to all pupils. While there are general responsbilities that Prefects, Captains etc must carry out there are responsibilites that are specific to their roles. These responsbilities are detailed in the contract pupils must read and sign if they are successful and appointed a position.  They are also outlined in the attached document along with the selection process.
