As a school we want all our young people to achieve their potential and we appreciate that school costs can put pressure on  families and put children at risk of missing out on opportunities and feeling different, excluded and unhappy.  Therefore, as a school, our aims are to:

• Keep our costs to a minimum.
• Be transparent about the reasons for any financial contributions.
• Be approachable so that if families are struggling financially they can phone the relevant PCS teacher or Year Head and speak to us so we can work together to address any barriers.

Subject contributions

Following the Scottish Governemnt announcement in 2021-2022, contributions from families towards the cost of subjects is no longer required.
